I am almost done with my MBA program. It is a bitter sweet feeling.
What did I learn? You need to know me better to tell you that.
For now, I continue to work on an academic paper around Accord Modelling. It helps me to use academic theories of our dear phd professors to create examples that work in the real life. A theory, or a strategy is as good as its implementation. That's the most bitter sweet takeaway from my experience pre-MBA. As a result, I want to work in an area where I do not have to dirty my hands so much. I would rather stay with the CEO, than go to the local markets and work with the Territory Leaders to allocate budgets for improved sales. I do not want to travel to Aurangabad, Latur, or Indore in India again.
