Be for Business or Market Intelligence

An intelligent marketer in Asia would rely a lot on branding, emotional appeal of the brand, and the easy job of helping moms take informed decisions. Health supplement dosage, and frequency are great indicators but they need to link to the 5P of marketing.

In some cases there cannot be many changes made to the product, or the packaging. Something that can really be changed is the pricing. Although predatory pricing, during recession can lead to deflation.
So- for a marketer the aspects that can help in making or creating revenue is looking at advertising and promotions, and also the innovative purchasing funnel. How can there be more ways of purchase that can improve or help the marketer meet his or her ambition.

Ambition to improve revenue ; Ambition to maximize profits; Ambition to please stakeholders; Ambition to enhance corporate reputation; Ambition to attract talent.

The biggest barrier to a marketer would be the perception that they face in the minds of customers and consumers. They need to know if convenience stores, or pharma outlets can sell Kotex in the way moms feel comfortable buying.

Challenge would be to do all that needs to be done to reduce barrier, minimize bottleneck, and let the operations go smoothly. Be there to win in business and not run away from the problems.
