Health'ier' times

So I was moved to hear about the ill health of my family member. At an old age, the family member is having a tremendous amount of persistence to keep up to the best of health. healthy food, nutrition, minerals, vitamins, and adequate amount of exercise constitute good health. But there is also really the X Factor. That X Factor is the power of positive thinking that can perhaps heal situations, and cure diseases. Now-what would make someone get up in the morning, pop medicines, drink water, and then get on the bed and take rest day after day . Also-follow this military like regime for months to maintain their health. It's sheer power of positive thinking, I guess! And- the willingness to fight all odds. A health scare can really make someone realize what's important, and what's not! Well- in her case it's really the willingness to live despite turning old, ill, and weak that keeps her going!

Moral of the story-Keep living as nothing is more powerful than the willingness, and desire to live life. :)  Sometimes it takes real life examples to push us, and keep us inspired about the importance of  'health', and all that comes with it ; a lovely, beautiful, long life gift-wrapped with countless moments of the past, present and promises of the future.

Also- love your cereals/oatmeal/veggies/salad/fruits/greens as they all would lend a lot of color to our present, and future! So much for health'ier' times.
