Visualization stays forever, and this is a chart of Global Advertising spends that conveys so much about why channels stays forever . An image, or a picture tells us about the story of Snowwhite. She was created by Pixar Films, and would stay young, and beautiful forever. She was beautiful in 1930, and is beautiful in 2000. So would cinderella, Hansel and Gratel, Superman, Spiderman, Archie, Veronica, and Betty. Animation charachters spring surprises. The good ones, and not so good ones. So do a lot of real life charachters. We know them, and we trust them. That's the reason even though people do not trust online sites, radio, news, tv media blah blah there are still listening to news , accumulating information, participating in gossips, getting on education sites, working on infotainment, entertainment or plain commercial. I remember Meryl Streep in the movie- The Devil wears Prada. A selfishly, selfless woman who could be neutral but assertive. Passive yet aggressive. She hired an intern and showed her the beauty of fashion, and the glamor of vogue. However- she could not hire her and keep her. The shades of her personality stayed with everyone. People acquire trust over a period of time, and acquire taste over an era. Charachters propel mediums, and lend color to any medium.They influence the bubbles below. The more charachters we put in those bubbles, the more xoxos (noughts, and crosses) we put in those medium, the bubbles will get bigger, and life saucier. Newspapers, and Magazines live with these charachters. They feed to the interest of people who want to follow these charachters. There are three no publishing dates in KL..Hari Raya, Christmas, CNY, and it speaks a lot about the success of newspapers, and publications.
